Program Summary:

The JNU Short-term Korean Language & Culture Program provides students from partner universities with Korean language and culture classes in order to help those students understanding and learning more about the country and its people. This program is an excellent opportunity to not only experience a new culture but also broaden their horizon by interacting with local and international students. Korean culture activities vary each year but usually range from visiting UNESCO World Heritage sites in Jeju or the K-Pop Museum to immersing yourself in nature while visiting volcanic cones or Jeju’s beaches. Korean food cooking or Taekwondo round up the program.

Country Highlights & FAQ:

Even though it is a small country with a lot of people, there are 21 national parks with true wilderness in the mountain forests. South Korea has hosted the 2018 Winter Olympics and invented Taekwondo.
