Alba is known for its white truffles – and guess what…you’ll be there right in the middle of their world-famous, global gathering of the white truffle festival. A total culinary student bucket list item in the UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy!
You will be immersed in multiple sessions of guided instruction each day. Learn how to make all the Italian essentials: anitpasti, fresh pasta making (plin, tajarin and risotto), bunet, veal fassona, rabbit ragu, fonduta di raschera, castelmagno, tartufo and pana cotta. Your experience will be complimented with guest lectures from culinary producers and experts to round out your hands-on experience. You will even have the opportunity to visit wineries, La Granda and participate in a truffle hunt!

The benefits of doing so have been numerous and have... Read More

The entire trip was amazing and its very difficult to pinpoint something that was number one in that sense. However, I’ve realized that without the social part of this experience it would be completely different and not as memorable. I enjoyed experiencing this with my peers and leads, and it was great to meet new people in Japan as well,... Read More

It would be a disservice to the program to not share how life changing this experience was, and continues to be for me. What I enjoyed most was experiencing new things with my peers and now good friends.
