Pukyong National University is located in the most beautiful and dynamic city in Korea and surrounded by lively and exciting culture. The school is one of the most prestigious national universities in Korea. With more than 30,000 students, PKNU is one of the ten large-scale national learning institutions and has developed partnerships with over 290 universities from around the world. The International Summer School offers students opportunities to experience Korean culture and make new friends from all around the world. Participants will be able to learn more about current global affairs by discussing and sharing ideas with both Korean and international students.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: MAY 29TH 

Each participant can select up to two classes, whereas the Global Culture course is mandatory. Options to choose from include courses in Korean language or culture, an introduction to sailing, a course about understanding International Relations or Global Marketing. Many cultural activities and field trips accompany the program and students can take part in Dado, a Korean Tea Ceremony, exercise in Taekwondo, join Samulnori, a traditional Korean percussion quartet or cooking Korean food with their peers.

Program fees are US$ 1,200.00 ($ 1,600.00)
